Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Return and exchange within 24 to 72 hours of receiving the order. 2- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all attached tags intact and undamaged, and wrapped in the original packaging. 3- When exchanging or returning, the customer bears the shipping or delivery costs. And because your satisfaction is our priority, if there is any damage or error in the color or size of the product, we will cover the cost of the replacement. 4- In case of return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Return and Exchange Mechanism: The order is submitted via WhatsApp. 1. Send the product to be returned or exchanged with specifying the reason (when receiving a defective or incorrect order, photos must be provided). 2. After completing the submission, wait for the shipping label to be sent (the label will be sent within 24 to 48 hours). 3. Upon receiving the return label, deliver the products to the shipping company along with the label so they can see it. 4. After delivering the item: - If your request is for an exchange: the product will be replaced and sent back to you. - If your request is for a refund: the amount will be credited to your account within 1 to 3 business days.
